This is Isaac B. Dargan, the author of the christian motivational teaching series called “The Tabernacle Series.”  For those of you who don’t know me, that ok because I’m a regular guy, just like you, and I’m a Christian who loves God dearly. But that wasn’t always the case, because like you, I had questions and I was loaded down with uncertainties about God and about my purpose for even being here. So, over a period of time I became very driven towards gaining a real understanding of the writings of the Bible. I heard from my youth that it was divinely inspired, but I wanted to be certain of this for myself. I wasn’t just going to take someone’s word for it.

My years in the military also brought about more uncertainties, as I came to know numerous individuals with various beliefs. And I saw that there is a real need for solid answers. So, I began to seriously contemplate several important questions. (1) Is God real? (2) And if so, with all of the religious literature in the world, how can we be sure who he is? (3) Is there any real proof of his existence? With much time and study, I discovered that the answers to these questions and so much more are cleverly hidden within the pages of the Bible.

I was absolutely blown away by all I discovered about God and the Bible. And my faith in God grew tremendously as a result, but then after learning and growing and operating as a diligent servant of God, tragedy struck. On March 4, 2007, my life was drastically changed as I was involved in a drunk driving accident, which was captured on video. I remember nothing about the accident. My memories of that day go from driving on the highway to suddenly awakening to find that I was lying on my back with my face towards the sky. My vision was blurred and I could not see anyone, but I did hear the voice of a paramedic ask me the same question twice. He asked, “Can you feel this?” as he touched my arms. My response was “Yes.” He repeated the question. This time my answer was “No.” With the realization that I had lost the use of my legs, I slipped into unconsciousness.

A few days later (I’m not sure how many), I woke up unable to talk because of the tubes that were in my mouth. I watched as the nurses came and went, until finally, one of them told me that my injuries had been caused by a drunk driver. I still sit in a wheel chair as I write these words. In one brief instant, my life had been totally changed by the actions of another, but immediately I chose to forgive him (click here to see news article).  I lost much, and I endured much. But in spite of it all, I have determined that I am going to press forward and continue to do the work of the ministry.

As you read these words, you might be wondering how is it that I was able to so quickly forgive the drunk driver and then continue to trust in God after such a devastating and life altering event had taken place. My reasons are heavily tied to all that I had been privileged to learn about God and His written Word (the Bible) prior to my injuries. God had provided me with so many mind blowing and amazing new insights into His written Word that It would have been absolutely foolish of me to become bitter and to turn away from Him. These insights are that powerful!!!

Instead, it has all served to make me stronger and better. Additionally, I would have never slowed down enough to do what God really wanted of me. Over the past few years since the accident, I have been compiling information and writing concerning these new eye opening insights that God has given me. I also teach quite regularly on this information, which enables me to fine tune it for clarity and ease of understanding. The whole purpose for this website and my new series of books is to the intent that those who desire it may gain a much more intimate knowledge of Jesus Christ. But at the same time, the information is geared towards answering those hard questions that permeate so many of our minds. And we’re talking about some really eye opening stuff. And I very specifically pray that Jewish readers will be open minded enough to examine the evidences presented in this series, since they are derived from the writings of Moses (found in the Jewish Torah – the first 5 books of the Bible).

And for those of you who think you already know the subject of these teachings, think again. You will be blown away! For those of you who are not so familiar with the subject, be at ease, because as profound as these new insights are, I have made them really easy to understand.
